Can I use the platform for free?
Yes. The free plan lets you create tests, run them and analyse the results; its quotas are listed on the Pricing page.
Do respondents need to sign up?
No. Respondents open the test link, fill in the fields you ask for and start the test. No account is needed.
Does the test work on a phone?
Yes. The test page adapts to screens as narrow as 360 pixels, and answers are kept on the phone if the connection drops.
Are answers written in Latin and Cyrillic script treated as the same?
Yes, this setting is usually on for short answers: Buxoro and Бухоро are equal. Apostrophe variants (o', oʻ, o‘) are also treated as the same. See Scoring rules.
How do I fix a mistake in a question while the test is live?
Create a new version, fix the question and publish it. New respondents get the corrected version, and earlier results stay with their own version. See Versions.
What happens when the results quota runs out?
Answers are not lost: they are stored and marked as "over quota". You are warned in advance as you approach the quota.
Can cheating be prevented?
Shuffling questions and options, giving each respondent random questions, time limits and integrity monitoring make cheating much harder. See Integrity monitoring.
Can I export results to Excel?
Yes, on the results page you can download the filtered results as Excel or CSV.
Can I work with Arabic text?
Yes. Arabic text in questions and answers is displayed correctly from right to left, and it also appears correctly on certificates.
Is my data secure?
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and only staff in your organisation with the right permissions can see results. See the Privacy policy.
