Respondent lists and profiles
Lists, adding people from Excel and each person's result history.
Creating a list
- In the Respondents section, create a new list (for example, "Year 3, Group 1").
- Click Add people and paste columns copied from Excel or Google Sheets: Last name; First name; Email; ID; Group. A plain list of emails also works.
- On the test's Access step, choose the Respondent list method and select this list.
A person can be on several lists — they count as one respondent, identified by email.
Respondent profile
Click a name in the All respondents section. The profile lets you edit personal details, see which lists the person is on and follow their result history across all tests: number of attempts, average result and passes.
If the email entered when taking a test matches a respondent's email, the result is linked to their profile automatically (case is ignored).
Deleting a respondent removes them from lists, but their test results are kept.
