Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Testogen platform. By registering for or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The platform enables you to create tests, deliver them online, and score and analyse the results. Available features and limits depend on the selected plan.

2. Account and security

• Provide accurate information when registering and do not share your password with others.
• The organisation owner assigns roles to staff members and is responsible for their actions.
• If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify support@testogen.uz immediately.

3. Content and results

• The tests and questions you create and the results you collect remain the property of your organisation.
• The operator stores and processes them solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Materials you upload must not infringe the copyright of third parties.

4. Prohibited activities

• Posting content that is unlawful, discriminatory or incites violence.
• Collecting personal data from respondents that is unrelated to the purpose of the test.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform, to access other organisations' data or to overload the service.

5. Plans and payment

Prices of paid plans are shown on the Pricing page. When a limit is reached, results are not deleted: they are retained and marked as “over the limit”, and the organisation is warned in advance.

6. Availability

The operator takes reasonable measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and, as far as possible, scheduled at times of low testing activity.

7. Liability

The organisation that created a test is responsible for its content, its correct answers and any decisions made on the basis of its results. The operator is not liable for the consequences of misuse of the service.

8. Account closure

An organisation may close its account at any time; exporting results before closure is recommended. The operator may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. Where no agreement is reached, they shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
