Question bank
Write a question once and reuse it in many tests.
The Question bank is a shared pool of questions for all authors in the organisation. Questions are grouped into categories and labelled with tags.
Adding questions to the bank
- On the Question bank page, using the New question button.
- In a test's question list, by selecting questions and choosing Save to bank.
- By importing from a file.
Adding questions from the bank to a test
On the test's Questions step, click From bank and pick the questions you need using search and filters. A copy of each question is added to the test: if the bank question changes later, the question in the test stays the same.
Bank categories are a powerful tool when combined with Test sets: draw N random questions from each category and give every respondent their own variant.
