Start page and registration form

The Start page step sets the heading, the instructions text and the registration form.

Registration fields

• Standard fields: first name, last name, email, student or staff ID, group, phone. Each can be made required.
• Custom fields: text, number, date or a choice from a list.
• Organisation fields: add a field created once under Settings → Respondent data fields with a single click.

Consent

You can ask respondents to tick a box consenting to the processing of their personal data. You write the text yourself; the test will not start unless the box is ticked.
