Plans and quotas
Quotas for stored results, active tests and users.
Every plan has three quotas: the number of stored results, the number of tests active at the same time and the number of users. Current usage is shown on the Settings page. The list of plans is on the Pricing page.
When you reach a quota
- A warning appears when you reach 80% and 95% of a quota.
- Even when the results quota is used up, respondents' answers are not lost: they are stored and marked as "over quota".
- When you reach the active tests quota, end another test or upgrade your plan to activate a new one.
- The users quota counts members as well as invitations that have not been accepted yet.
Results in Training mode do not count towards the quota.
